Bibian Okafor

Bibian is a HR Specialist with 4 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit, Talent Management and Retention, Staff Welfare and HR Advisory.

At present, she is in charge of the HR Generalist role which includes creating policies and procedures that align with the Company’s corporate goals and objectives as well as ensuring consistency and adherence to these policies and structures. She is also responsible for hiring, onboarding, Performance Management and co-ordination of Trainings and Knowledge Development Sessions amongst other duties.

Bibian graduated with a Distinction and was the best graduating student in her two Postgraduate degrees in Human Resource Management (MSc) and English (M.A) from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom and University of Lagos, Nigeria respectively. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). She also had her first degree in English from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Her high fashion sense and love for neo-classical/romantic music is second to none. She is a passive Manchester United and Barcelona fan.

She is happily married with a son.

Tosin Oparinde

 

Tosin is a financial analyst and accounting expert with over 5 years’ experience with forecasting financials, identifying and monitoring financial variances, recommending financial models that dovetails with company’s annual financial goals.

He is responsible for managing company’s Cash Flow, Budgeting, Tax Administration, Payroll, Audit Procedures, Internal Control Procedures, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.

Tosin is a Member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountant Of Nigeria (ICAN) with technical competencies in various Accounting Software Packages such as Peachtree, Tally ER9, QuickBooks, Xero.

He studied Accounting at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye; Ogun State.

He loves to play Monopoly and an avid fan of Barcelona.

Obafela Bank-Olemoh

 

Fela is the Co-founder of MediaVision Limited .

 

Opeoluwa Adeyemo

 

Ope joined MediaVision Limited in 2010 and has risen through the ranks to the position – Head, Corporate Games.

She was Head Marketing unit for two years, she was responsible for securing target-based sponsorships for our Corporate Games, Long-term Projects & Short-term Activations.

Ope is currently charged with managing and activating our corporate events such as The Nigeria Bankers Games, The Nigeria Telecoms Games, The Nigeria FMCG Games among others.

Over the years, She has built expertise in all genre of sales and marketing, traditional, digital & media marketing, project management and activations

She studied Agricultural Science at the University Of Ilorin, Kwara State.

Ope loves fashion, dancing, listening to music and travelling.

Ugochukwu Osuji

 

Ugo joined MediaVision Limited in 2009 and has risen through the ranks to the position – Head, Activations

He was head of Corporate Games for over 3 years, where he was charged with managing and activating our corporate events such as The Nigeria Bankers Games, The Nigeria Telecoms Games, The Nigeria FMCG Games among others.

He is currently responsible for managing our mass market platform such as the PowerMan Series, Cyber Games, MXtreme Games, Freekick Challenge.

Over the years, He has built expertise in marketing, project management and activations.

Ugo studied Veterinary Science at the University Of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Ugo is a die-hard Arsenal Fan. He is married with two daughters.

Adenike Abiola

Nike joined MediaVision Limited in 2013 and risen through the ranks to the position – Group Head projects & HR.

She was the Head HR & Corporate Strategy for 4 years and responsible for implementing and executing best practices across board and consistently ensured adherence to standards and policies through quality control strategies and procedures. She has built over the years expertise in hiring, on-boarding, data gathering and analysis, benefits administration, quality control, performance management, communication processes, compensation and wage structure as well as relevant legal procedures.

She is currently overseeing the company’s Special Projects Unit and directly managing the GTBank – Lagos State Principals Cup, GTBank – Ogun State Principals Cup, GTBank Masters Cup, GTBank Super Cup, PwC Chess4Change.

Nike has a second degree (Msc) in Human resource management from University of Glamorgan Wales, UK.( Now University of South Wales).
A graduate and associate member of Chartered institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) UK. Her first degree is Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye; Ogun State.
She loves listening to music, meeting people and interior decoration. She is married with 2 sons.

Jimmy Sogbesan

 

Jimmy joined MediaVision Limited in 2004 and over the decade climbed the professional ladder to the highest position in the organisation:

His significant achievements and expertise in project management, activations, human resources, marketing & strategy analysis further validates his current appointment to oversee the critical operations of the company.

Jimmy Studied Industrial Chemistry at the University of Ibadan; Oyo state.

Jimmy plays Basketball in his spare time and is an avid Juventus fan.
