She has built over the years expertise in hiring, on-boarding, data gathering and analysis, benefits administration, quality control, performance management, communication processes, compensation and wage structure as well as relevant legal procedures.
She is currently overseeing the company’s Special Projects Unit and directly managing the GTBank – Lagos State Principals Cup, GTBank – Ogun State Principals Cup, GTBank Masters Cup, GTBank Super Cup, PwC Chess4Change.
Nike has a second degree (Msc) in Human resource management from University of Glamorgan Wales, UK.( Now University of South Wales).
