• HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT: To Co-ordinate the:
o End- End hiring strategies
o Talent Retention Strategies
o Staff Training
o Performance Appraisals
o Reward System
• INTERNAL COMPANY ACTIVITIES: To manage the:
o Annual Retreat
o Quarterly Review
o Weekly Management Meetings
o Weekly Highlights
o Knowledge Development Sessions
• DATABASE MANAGEMENT
o Regular review and update of the company’s clientele database (Internal & External)
• STRATEGY
o To ensure Corporate Standards & Structure aligns with best practices
o Develop and implement HR strategies that dovetails with the overall business strategy
• REPORTS
o Annual, Sick & Casual Reports
o Turnover Reports
o Attendance reports
o General Departmental Reports
• COMMUNICATION
o To effectively disseminate relevant information to all employees when required
o To solely manage all grievance procedures
• ANNUAL COMPANY CALENDAR
o To solely manage the company’s yearly almanac by ensuring all critical events, are adequately logged and reviewed.
• DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
o Proper documentation of all relevant processes and procedures for each department
o Solely manage all document trove of the company
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
• HND or BSc in any discipline
• Applicants should be between the ages of 30 to 32 years
• Familiarity with Standard Microsoft Office packages is a prerequisite.
• Good Letter Writing and Presentation skills is compulsory.
