The Day two (2) of NTG 2015 ended with a lot of surprises or should we say upset.
MTN defeated defending champions Etisalat 3-0 in a an encounter that saw the Yellow Boys paying back for last year’s finals defeat. Coincidentally, that match also ended 3-0 but in favor of Etisalat.
Then the surprise of the tournament yet, happened when new comers IHS came from a goal down to defeat last year’s 2nd Runners up, Airtel 3-1 in their debut.
MTN currently sit on the top of the log with 6 points while IHS are second with 3 points.
