Finally the inaugural edition of the free-kick challenge came to grand climax today at the legacy pitch of the national stadium surulere Lagos Nigeria. IN the keenly contested match Elite fc AND Ultimate stars went straight action with their eyes on the ultimate prize which is one hundred thousand naira cash.at the end of the first round of the challenge there was little to choose between the two teams. A Very great drama occurred during the last round of kicks when ultimate stars had a great advantage of going home with the title.all they had to do was to score a joker freekick after elite fc scorned their chances of having an unassailable lead. ALAS….they lost their chance as well and their best player of the tournament and goalkeeper added salt to the injury by failing to convert the all important kick and their chance flew out of the window.so elite fc became the first team in history to win the mediavision freekick challenge.
3rd PLACE –
POLICE MACHINE WINS 3RD PLACE in the third place match police machine redeemed themselves by defeating hard fighting but unlucky double stars.it was a great match but police machine ran away with the third place match.
