On Saturday, 16th of March 2019, MediaVision Limited, was in charge of the First Bank of Nigeria’s 125 kilometres relay walk across 3 locations – Ikeja, Surulere & Maryland.
The First Bank of Nigeria’s 125 kilometres relay walk was hosted to commemorate the 125th Anniversary of the Bank with the objective to promote employee & customer engagement through team-based fitness activities while further increasing brand visibility.
The relay walk started off with participant’s registration followed by the relay walk proper and an aerobic session afterwards. There were over 600 Participants across the mainland location with each location covering a distance of 2.5 kilometres respectively.

Relay Walk
Team FBN Holdings, Ikeja: The relay walk led by the Team Champion – Dr Remi Oni – Executive Director, Corporate Banking, kicked off at 7:45 AM. All participants walked a distance of 1.25km down to Sheraton Hotel and made a U-turn through total filling station walking another 1.25km to the starting point to complete a total of 2.5km.
Team FBN Insurance, Ikorodu Road: The relay walk started earlier thirty minutes earlier than Ikeja; by 7:30 and was led by Team Champion – Val Ojumah – MD/CEO FBN Insurance. All Participants climbed the Pedestrian Bridge at Anthony Bus stop to cross over to Ikorodu Road highway. Participants walked through the service lane to Obanikoro Bus stop. After which they crossed over using the pedestrian bridge and then made their way back to the FBN Insurance building.
Team FirstPension Custodians, Surulere: The relay walk started at 7:35 and was led by Team Champion – Mr Seyi Oyefeso – Group Executive, Commercial Banking. Participants walked from FBN Adeniran Ogunsanya Branch, down to Teslim Balogun Stadium and made a final stop at The Eagles Club, Adeniran Ogunsanya.
