The fourth Edition of Pwc Chess4Change kickstarted on Thursday, 8th of March, 2018 at the Grand Junction, Landmark Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos by 10am.
The first Mentorship Scheme was aimed at creating closer touch points between students, brand and PwC staff, building self-confidence of students and inspiring the students.
Highlights Of The Mentorship Scheme include the following:
- An Extensive Tour of 6 Departments
- Two batches were deployed for the tour
- 18 Students were involved in the tour
- Significant experiential moment for the students during the tour
- Interaction with PwC staff at their work stations
- 80% of attendees predominantly dominated by students
- 100% attendance by enlisted and invited schools
- Two testimonial sessions were anchored by a male and female student
- Impactful and interactive Mentorship Sessions
- My Career Story Session was Fact-based and students displayed immediate connection with the anecdote through their comments and contributions.
