CAMP GTBANK IN FULL SWING AS TRAINING STARTS

The players arrived at The Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Ibadan, Oyo State at 2:30pm on Monday 31 August 2015.

They were welcomed by the hospitality team of IITA.  The players were immediately assigned their respective rooms as well as given orientation about the Camp and the Venue – Institute of Tropical Agriculture, (IITA) by the Camp Curator.

The players began the training session with praises and prayer.

During the training session The Head coach, Henry Nwosu, Yisa Sofoluwe and Anne Chiejine trained with the players. They were taught ball control, passing techniques amongst others. The players were later paired in a group of five and the morning session ended after they played 5 aside.

They went back to rest and have lunch which refreshed them before they headed out for the afternoon session. They were joined by Head Coach Victor Ikpeba and Waheed Akanni during the afternoon session.

Anne Chiejine took the players on goalkeeping techniques and showed the young talents why she was one of the best female goalkeepers Nigeria ever produced.

The players played 5 aside to end the afternoon training session.
